Requires the Executive Office on Aging to convene a working group to update the state plan on Alzheimer's disease and related dementias by identifying best practices and standards for dementia training in care facilities.

Working group shall include members from task forces addressing Alzheimer's disease, families affected by the disease, and members of the medical community.

Working group must investigate best practices from other states regarding dementia training requirements, training standards (hours, learning objectives, staff applicability, facility applicability), and other relevant criteria.

Executive Office on Aging must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2021 regular legislative session.

Act takes effect upon approval.
