Establishes an outreach program within the department of health to educate physicians and non-physician practitioners participating in Medicare that comprehensive care planning services for Alzheimer's disease and related dementias are covered Medicare benefits.

Outreach program shall include materials on appropriate diagnostic evaluations and explanations of eligibility requirements for care planning services.

Department of health must submit a report to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2021 regular session detailing findings, barriers to care planning service utilization, strategies to increase usage rates, and any proposed legislation.

Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal year 2020-2021 to support the outreach program (specific amount not designated in bill text).

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
