• Requires public middle school principals to select at least one teacher to attend evidence-informed or evidence-based bullying intervention training during fiscal year 2020-2021, with public charter school teachers eligible to participate.

• Mandates that each trained teacher provide bullying intervention training to at least five other public school or public charter school employees at their respective school or school district before the end of fiscal year 2020-2021.

• Requires the Department of Education to compensate teachers appropriately if training sessions are held outside regular working hours.
