Adds new section to Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 514B requiring condominium managing agents to verify the eligibility of candidates running for election to the association's board of directors.

Requires managing agents to verify the authority of proxies executed by unit owners in condominium elections.

Mandates that managing agents adhere to uniform and objective standards and criteria approved by the association's board of directors when fulfilling these verification responsibilities.

Takes effect upon approval and does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that occurred before the Act's effective date.
