Requires individual and group health insurance policies issued or renewed after December 31, 2020, to cover medically necessary auto-injectable epinephrine with appropriate weight-based dosage for covered individuals age 18 or younger.

Allows coverage to be subject to standard policy provisions including deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and annual or maximum benefit limits consistent with other similar coverage.

Requires insurers and mutual benefit societies to provide written notice to policyholders about the epinephrine coverage by December 31, 2020, in annual information mailings or other correspondence.

Requires health maintenance organizations to include the same auto-injectable epinephrine coverage requirements in their policies, contracts, plans, or agreements issued after December 31, 2020.

Mandates the state auditor to conduct an impact assessment report on the social and financial impacts of the coverage mandate and submit findings to the legislature by twenty days before the 2021 regular legislative session.
