Establishes a working group within the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs to consider and make recommendations on the scope of practice for acupuncturists.

Working group membership includes all members of the Board of Physical Therapy, all members of the Board of Acupuncture, and invited licensed physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and acupuncturists.

Working group shall elect its own chairperson from among members and members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for reasonable expenses including travel.

Working group must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2021 regular session convenes.

Working group dissolves on June 30, 2021, with the Act taking effect on July 1, 2050.
