Amends §46-15.25 to establish that infrastructure dedicated to connect affordable housing projects to county infrastructure is automatically deemed accepted if the county does not formally accept or reject the dedication request within 60 days of receiving a completed application.

Adds requirement that dedicated infrastructure must be certified as compliant by either the county inspector or a licensed third-party building inspector contracted by the state or county.

Expands the definition of "infrastructure" to include electrical systems in addition to water, drainage, sewer, waste disposal and treatment, roads, and street lighting.

Amends §264-1 to provide that roads, streets, bikeways, bridges, or trails in affordable housing projects developed under chapter 201H are deemed dedicated to the county if not rejected within 60 days and meet applicable county building codes.
