Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 657-5.5 to remove the automatic discharge provision for child support judgments on the child's thirty-third birthday.

Establishes that every judgment for child support, including reimbursement or other arrears, is enforceable until paid in full.

Repeals the language that previously presumed judgments for child support to be paid and discharged by the later of the child's thirty-third birthday or the expiration date provided in Section 657-5.

Takes effect upon approval.
