Designates June 21 of each year as "International Yoga Day" in Hawaii to promote yoga practice and increase health and well-being among the state's population.

Clarifies that International Yoga Day is not and shall not be construed to be a state holiday.

Adds new section to Chapter 8 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to codify the designation.

Recognizes that over 36 million people in the United States practice yoga and Americans spent $16 billion annually on yoga instruction, gear, and accessories.

Notes that the United Nations adopted a resolution on December 11, 2014, proclaiming June 21 as International Day of Yoga, with 175 countries cosponsoring the resolution.
