Requires sellers of residential real property to include in mandatory disclosure statements whether the property lies within the sea level rise exposure area as designated by the Hawaii climate change mitigation and adaptation commission or its successor.

Adds sea level rise exposure area as a fifth category of designated hazard areas that must be disclosed, alongside special flood hazard areas, airport noise exposure areas, military airport zones, and tsunami inundation areas.

Requires counties to provide maps identifying properties in the sea level rise exposure area by tax map key (zone, section, parcel) and to make legible copies available, potentially charging a reasonable copying fee.

Designates the sea level rise exposure area based on a 3.2-foot increase in sea level projected to occur by mid-century or earlier, as identified in the State's sea level rise vulnerability and adaptation report.

Effective date is November 1, 2020.
