Amends HRS §441-22.1 to broaden the exemption from bonding and licensing requirements to exempt cemetery authorities from all provisions of chapter 441 if they do not operate for financial profit.

Requires exempted cemetery authorities to comply with any provision of chapter 441 upon order by the director of commerce and consumer affairs.

Provides that churches granted an exemption under this section are exempt from all requirements of chapter 441.

Specifies that any entity exempt as a church under federal tax law shall be considered a church for purposes of this section.

Effective date: July 1, 2050.
