Allows government agencies to publish public notices on an official website electronic calendar for legal notices as an alternative to printing in newspapers for statewide or county-wide publication.

Agencies may post notices on their official website in lieu of or in addition to publication in daily or weekly newspapers.

Applies to all public notice requirements for state agencies and county governments, while preserving transparency procedures under Hawaii Revised Statutes chapters 91 and 92.

Removes reference to supplemental notice through Hawaii FYI computer system as a publication method.

Effective date: January 1, 2050.
