Establishes a glyphosate task force within the Department of Agriculture to assess the impact of glyphosate on Hawaii's natural environment, human health, and agriculture.

Task force shall determine proper application of glyphosate products, number of heavy users (50+ gallons annually), test site locations, educational accessibility, current use levels for invasive species, costs and benefits of alternatives, and potential state liabilities from glyphosate use.

Task force membership includes the chairperson of the board of agriculture and director of health as co-chairpersons, plus representatives from the superintendent of education, board of land and natural resources, and University of Hawaii college of tropical agriculture and human resources.

Task force shall hold initial meeting by July 31, 2021, convene at least four times, and submit findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2022 regular session.

Task force ceases to exist on June 30, 2022.
