Requires courts to order forfeiture of a corporation's charter or revocation of a foreign corporation's certificate to do business in Hawaii upon conviction of a felony or misdemeanor by the corporation or its high managerial agent related to business affairs.

Eliminates the previous requirement that courts make specific findings about persistent criminal conduct and public interest before ordering forfeiture or revocation.

Extends similar penalties to general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies, including dissolution of domestic entities and cancellation or revocation of foreign entity authorizations.

Permits the court to enter a decree of dissolution specifying the effective date and directs the clerk to file it with the director of commerce and consumer affairs.

Takes effect upon approval and does not affect proceedings that began before the effective date.
