Establishes a Workforce Readiness Program within the Department of Education to align high school curriculum with workforce readiness and post-secondary education pathways.

Requires designated schools (including community schools for adults) to serve grades 9-12 and provide opportunities for students to earn industry-recognized certificates and associate's degrees alongside their high school diplomas.

Mandates integration of high school courses with certificate/license programs based on industry standards in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, supplemented by mentoring, job shadowing, internships, and pre-apprenticeship training.

Directs the Department of Education to coordinate with the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and enter into contracts with industry employers near participating schools to develop and implement the program.

Appropriates funds for fiscal years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021, including 2.0 FTE Educational Specialist II positions and 7.0 FTE District Office Teacher positions.
