• Department of Health authorized to establish reasonable fees for individuals transported by emergency ambulance services to medical facilities or who receive emergency medical services evaluation and treatment without subsequent transport

• Department may adopt rules under chapter 91 to establish and implement fee schedules for emergency medical services

• Rules must permit and regulate transportation of individuals to hospitals, trauma centers, urgent care clinics, freestanding surgical centers, and other department-licensed medical facilities

• Appropriation authorized for fiscal years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 to meet collective bargaining requirements and recurring personnel costs for contracted pre-hospital emergency medical services providers (specific amounts left blank in bill text)

• Effective date July 1, 2050
