Amends Hawaii campaign finance law to include Board of Trustees of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs candidates under the same public funding percentage limits as state senators, state representatives, county council members, and prosecuting attorneys (rather than a separate $1,500 cap).

Changes the qualifying contribution threshold for Office of Hawaiian Affairs candidates from $1,500 to an unspecified amount (amount left blank in the bill text).

Removes the previous separate subsection that capped Office of Hawaiian Affairs public funding at a maximum of $1,500 per election year.

Effective date of July 1, 2050.
