Amends Section 214 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920 to add a new loan purpose allowing the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to provide loans to qualifying lessees for purchasing or leasing micro housing units on Hawaiian home lands.

Defines "micro housing unit" as a dwelling with less than 800 square feet of floor area that includes a bed, kitchen with appliances, and a partitioned bathroom with toilet and bathtub or shower, including accessory dwelling units.

Limits individual loans for micro housing to a maximum of $125,000 per lessee.

Requires the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to establish qualification criteria for lessees seeking micro housing loans.

Takes effect July 1, 2050, subject to consent of the United States Congress.
