Executive Branch agencies are urged to submit a cumulative status report on all studies and special projects funded by the legislature during the five fiscal years preceding the report.

Each status report must include the project name, expending agency, total appropriations, amounts already expended, and progress made or lack thereof.

Resolution addresses the lack of a centralized tracking system for legislatively-funded studies and projects after initial appropriation and funding.

Acknowledges problems with missing or incomplete reports from entities tasked with submitting required documentation to the Legislature.

Certified copies of the resolution are to be transmitted to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of Representatives.
