Request the State Office of Enterprise Technology Services and Legislative Reference Bureau to collaborate on providing videoconference access for neighbor island residents to participate in legislative hearings and sessions

Direct the two agencies to identify and recommend the best locations in state office buildings on Hawaii, Kauai, Maui, Lanai, Molokai, Niihau, and rural Oahu to provide telecommunication services access

Require a joint report from both agencies submitted to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2021 Regular Session, including recommendations for necessary legislation

Recognize that neighbor island residents face ongoing challenges accessing government information and services due to state government's centralized location in Honolulu

Transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Director of the State Office of Enterprise Technology Services and the Director of the Legislative Reference Bureau
