Urges the Department of Education and Department of Transportation Services of the City and County of Honolulu to remove bus stop number 1091 located in front of Ilima Intermediate School on Fort Weaver Road.

Identifies illegal activities at the bus stop including drug sales, public urination and defecation, and dumping of drug paraphernalia, needles, and other items that endanger students, faculty, staff, and the neighboring community.

Notes that Ilima Intermediate School serves over 800 students and approximately 100 faculty and staff members.

Requests notification to affected persons that alternative bus stops remain available: the Ewa Beach Transit Center (bus stop 4202) and the Fort Weaver Road and Makule Road bus stop (bus stop 1804).

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Superintendent of Education and Director of the Department of Transportation Services.
