Approves the sale of the leased fee interest in property located at 41-613 Inoaole Street, Waimanalo, Hawaii (TMK No. 1-4-1-33-42) by the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation.

Property is an 8,031 square foot attached duplex in the Hale Aupuni subdivision built in 1975 with a fair market value of $242,000 as appraised by Harlin Young & Co., Ltd. on April 16, 2019.

Primary purpose of the sale is to convey the leased fee interest to the current leasehold owner; no development plans exist for the residential property.

Land originates from Crown lands of Waimanalo as of August 15, 1895, and was acquired by the State through an Exchange Deed dated January 8, 1962, and subsequently conveyed to the Hawaii Housing Authority through Land Patent Grant Number S-15,206 on September 5, 1974.

Public informational briefing was conducted on August 20, 2019, in Waimanalo with no objections received, and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs was notified on September 27, 2019, in compliance with statutory requirements.
