Approves the sale of the leased fee interest in a 764 square foot apartment unit at 94-942 Meheula Parkway, No. 244, Mililani, Hawaii (TMK No. 1-9-4-5-34-111) by the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation to its current leasehold owner.

Property was appraised at $50,000 fair market value by Harlin Young & Co., Ltd. with an appraisal valuation date of April 11, 2019.

Land was held in private ownership as of August 15, 1895, and was acquired by the Hawaii Housing Authority through warranty deed from Mililani Town, Inc. dated October 7, 1974.

Public informational briefing was held on August 22, 2019, at Mililani High School Cafeteria with notice published in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser on August 14 and 16, 2019, and no objections were received.

Draft concurrent resolution was submitted to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs on September 27, 2019, exceeding the required three-month advance notice period.
