Urges the Department of Veterans Affairs to recognize a presumptive service connection for veterans stationed at Kunia Field Station on Oahu who developed chronic illnesses.

Kunia Field Station was built during World War II as an underground aircraft assembly plant and later served as a command center for the U.S. Navy and currently as a National Security Agency operations center.

Facility was located under former pineapple fields exposed to pesticides, herbicides, fumigants, and other toxins from approximately 1940 to 2008; a 1977 chemical spill and 1991 flood further contaminated the area with ethylene dibromide (EDB), a probable human carcinogen.

Many veterans stationed at Kunia Field have developed cancer, neurological conditions, dementia, and other chronic illnesses, but the Department of Veterans Affairs maintains they were not exposed to toxic substances, preventing access to medical care and benefits.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Secretaries of Navy, Army, and Air Force, Kunia Veterans Advocacy, and Hawaii's Congressional delegation.
