Designates September as Hawaiian History Month in Hawaii to honor Queen Lili'uokalani and recognize the contributions of the native Hawaiian community.

Acknowledges that September is when Queen Lili'uokalani's birth, life, and legacy are remembered through various church services, Hawaiian organizations, and educational institutions throughout the islands.

Notes that while Prince Kūhiō Day and Kamehameha Day are official state holidays, there is currently no state observance recognizing Queen Lili'uokalani, Hawaii's last ruling monarch.

References annual September events including the 'Onipa'a Celebration (held at 'Iolani Palace since 2007) and Mai Poina: The Overthrow living history tours (held since 2010) that educate the public about Hawaiian history.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, and Mayors of all counties.
