Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism and Department of Accounting and General Services are requested to conduct a cost analysis study on consolidating west Hawaii state offices into one complex.

Study should evaluate cost effectiveness and efficiency benefits of moving state offices not dependent on location to a single consolidated location.

Departments must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2021.

Certified copies of the resolution shall be transmitted to the Governor, Director of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, and Comptroller of Accounting and General Services.
