Request the Department of Human Resources Development, University of Hawaii, and Department of Education to convene a task force to streamline job postings for University of Hawaii and Department of Education positions.

Task force must include representatives from the Department of Human Resources Development, University of Hawaii Office of Human Resources, and Department of Education Office of Talent Management.

Task force directed to consider establishing a centralized website for job postings, correcting inconsistencies in job posting information, and addressing other issues relevant to streamlining the posting process.

Task force required to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2021.

Certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Director of Human Resources Development, Superintendent of Education, President of the University of Hawaii, Chairperson of the Board of Education, and Chairperson of the Board of Regents.
