Urges the University of Hawaii to include community college students within assignment priorities for student housing services on four-year campuses that offer housing.

Notes that University of Hawaii at Manoa does not currently list community college students among its student housing assignment priorities.

Acknowledges that University of Hawaii at Hilo's housing terms do not differentiate eligibility between UH Hilo and Hawaii Community College students.

Recognizes that student housing at four-year colleges is a valuable resource for helping students achieve success.

Directs certified copies of the concurrent resolution be transmitted to the Chair of the Board of Regents and President of the University of Hawaii.
