Requests the Governor to recognize and commemorate August 26, 2020, as Women's Equality Day, marking the centennial of the Nineteenth Amendment's certification.

Honors Hawaii's historical role in the women's suffrage movement, including prominent Hawaiian suffragists such as Wilhelmina Kekelaokalaninui Widemann Dowsett and Emma Ka'ilikapuolono Metcalf Beckley Nakuina.

Celebrates Hawaiian women elected to Congress, including Patsy Takemoto Mink (first woman of color elected to Congress), Mary Elizabeth Farrington, Patricia Saiki, Mazie Hirono, Colleen Hanabusa, and Tulsi Gabbard.

Notes that Hawaii sent a ratification star to the National Woman's Party in support of the Nineteenth Amendment, now displayed at the Belmont-Paul Women's Equality National Monument in Washington.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Governor, legislative leaders, League of Women Voters of Hawaii, and Patsy Mink Foundation.
