Demands the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services withdraw its November 14, 2019 Federal Register proposals to increase naturalization fees by 83 percent.

Demands withdrawal of proposals to eliminate full and partial naturalization fee waivers for lower-income and working family lawful permanent residents.

Declares the Legislature's support for policies that encourage naturalization and ensure citizenship remains attainable regardless of income level.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Director of USCIS, the President, congressional leadership, and Hawaii's congressional delegation.
