Encourages the City and County of Honolulu to plan for the revitalization and remodeling of Hans L'Orange Park, a recreational facility with history dating to 1924 and renamed in 1972.

Notes that Hans L'Orange Park has hosted games for Waipahu High School Marauders, Hawaii Pacific University Sharks, and various baseball leagues, but is currently underused and requires improvements.

Identifies specific concerns from residents and visitors including poor restroom facilities, dirty and uncomfortable bleachers, lack of netting to protect parking lots from baseballs, and overall poor park condition.

Directs city officials to seek input from local residents regarding appropriate improvements to the park.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Mayor, City Council Chair, Director of Parks and Recreation, Director of Design and Construction, and Director of Facility Maintenance of the City and County of Honolulu.
