Urges all Executive Branch agencies to submit a cumulative status report on studies and special projects funded by the legislature during the preceding five fiscal years (2015-2020)

Requires status reports to include project name, expending agency, total appropriations, amounts already expended, and progress made or lack thereof

Addresses the lack of centralized tracking of legislatively-funded projects and concerns that some required reports are not submitted or lack clear accounting of funds spent

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of Representatives
