Request the Legislative Reference Bureau, in consultation with the Attorney General, to submit a report on employment discrimination protections for employees at sectarian schools and other religious institutions.

Report shall include information about federal and state laws governing exemptions from discrimination protections for sectarian schools and religious institutions, particularly for employees whose duties are not religious in nature.

Report shall include recommendations for expanding discrimination protections for employees working at sectarian schools and other religious institutions.

Legislative Reference Bureau is requested to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2021.
