• Designate the State Sustainability Coordinator as responsible for managing the State's greenhouse gas reduction goals.

• Direct the State Sustainability Coordinator to develop a report in coordination with the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Public Utilities Commission, Consumer Advocate, Department of Health Greenhouse Gas Program, and State Energy Office.

• Report must include clear agency roles for greenhouse gas and fossil fuel reduction policies, identification of conflicting relationships and solutions, current policy initiatives, and recommended legislation.

• Require public meetings involving the business community and public during report development.

• Submit report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2021 Regular Session convenes.
