• Department of Education is requested to explore the feasibility of negotiating the transfer of land parcel 81002087000 to Ke Kula ʻo ʻEhunuikaimalino charter school in Kealakekua, Hawaii Island for the school's future expansion.

• Complex Area Superintendent of the Hawaii District Honoka'a Kealakehe Kohala Konawaena Complex Area is required to file an initial report with the Legislature by no later than June 1, 2020, detailing the land transfer plan, participating state departments, and any identified delays.

• Complex Area Superintendent is requested to file monthly status updates on progress toward effecting the land transfer and a comprehensive report no later than twenty days prior to the 2021 legislative session opening.

• Ke Kula ʻo ʻEhunuikaimalino is a Hawaiian immersion public charter school serving pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade students, with staff and families committed to perpetuating Hawaiian language, customs, traditions, skills, spirituality, and character.
