Urges the City and County of Honolulu to install three raised crosswalks on Kuhina Street in Ewa Beach, beginning from Kaimiloa Elementary School to North Road.

Cites multiple speed-related motor vehicle collisions on Kuhina Street near Fort Weaver Road that have endangered students, faculty, staff, and pedestrians, including a recent crash at a resident's garage.

Notes that many pedestrians cross Kuhina Street near city bus routes without the benefit of crosswalks and that motor vehicles, including city buses, have been speeding in the area.

Requests city officials to seek input from the Ewa Neighborhood Board and local residents regarding appropriate locations for the raised crosswalks.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Director of Transportation, Mayor, City Council Chair, and other relevant Honolulu city and neighborhood officials.
