Appropriates $9,629,159 to the Senate, including $8,640,409 for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2022, $977,500 for the legislative information system, and $11,250 for legislative broadcasting.

Appropriates $13,137,606 to the House of Representatives, including $12,657,144 for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2022, $469,212 for the legislative information system, and $11,250 for legislative broadcasting.

Appropriates $3,091,122 to the Office of the Auditor for fiscal year 2021-2022 expenses, plus $2,800,000 to the audit revolving fund and $6,300,000 from the audit revolving fund for audit functions.

Appropriates $3,439,879 to the Legislative Reference Bureau, $1,327,566 to the Office of the Ombudsman, and $1,152,454 to the State Ethics Commission for fiscal year 2021-2022 expenses.

Allocates vacation payout funds totaling $665,028 across all agencies and requires all unexpended balances to lapse into the general fund on June 30, 2022.
