Requires the office of youth services to establish a pilot program providing mentors to Pacific Islander students in high school and college.

Mentors shall provide guidance in college and career readiness, personal development and relationship building, and cultural and community engagement.

Office of youth services may partner with private nonprofit organizations to implement the program.

Office of youth services must submit a report to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2022 regular session assessing program success, feasibility of statewide expansion, and recommendations for legislation.

Establishes one full-time equivalent position for a youth pilot program coordinator and appropriates funds for fiscal years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, with the pilot program ceasing on June 30, 2023.
