Amends Section 237D-4 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to require transient accommodation and resort time share advertisements to include additional licensing and permit information.

Requires advertisements to conspicuously display the general excise tax license number (or electronic link) of the operator or plan manager issued under chapter 237.

Requires advertisements to conspicuously display the short-term rental permit number (or electronic link) issued by the county where the transient accommodation or resort time share is located.

Maintains existing requirements to display the operator's registration identification number and local contact information (name, phone number, and email address).

Takes effect on July 1, 2021.
