Adds new section to Chapter 166, Hawaii Revised Statutes prohibiting persons from residing, living, dwelling, or sleeping on agricultural park lots except within farm dwellings permitted by the board after thorough review including input from adjacent landowners and lessees.

Prohibits construction of any new farm dwellings on agricultural park lots beginning January 1 (effective date to be specified).

Authorizes the Department of Agriculture to inspect agricultural park lots for unpermitted farm dwellings during fiscal years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.

Requires the Department of Agriculture to refer any unpermitted farm dwellings discovered during inspections to the board of agriculture.

Takes effect upon approval.
