Expands acceptable sources for naturopathic physicians' continuing education requirements to include courses approved by state or province naturopathic licensing boards and programs accredited by the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education, in addition to board-approved professional associations.

Amends the definition of "continuing education courses" in Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 455-1 to clarify eligible course providers and reduce confusion among practitioners.

Updates documentation requirements for license renewal to specify that continuing education course providers must be identified as either a state/province licensing board, naturopathic medicine program, or professional association.

Requires naturopathic physicians to submit evidence of continuing education completion by December 31 of each odd-numbered year, including course title, date, provider name, total hours, and pharmacology hours.

Takes effect upon approval and applies to the thirty-first legislature of the State of Hawaii (2021).
