Extends the Employees' Retirement System's reporting requirement to the legislature through 2026, adding years 2021-2026 to the existing reporting timeline that previously ended in 2020.

Reports must be submitted at least twenty days prior to the convening of regular legislative sessions and cover state and county departments' and agencies' compliance efforts with Hawaii Revised Statutes section 88-103.7.

Extends the effective date of Act 87, Session Laws of Hawaii 2015, from July 1, 2020, to July 1, 2026, providing additional time for state and county departments and agencies to comply with new retirement system reporting standards.

Requires all state and county departments and agencies to cooperate with the Employees' Retirement System when the system requests information for compliance purposes.

Section 2 reporting requirements take effect upon approval, while other provisions take effect on July 1, 2026.
