Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 514B-123(j) to prohibit managing agents, resident managers, their employees, and association employees from soliciting proxies from unit owners in condominium associations.

Removes language limiting the proxy solicitation prohibition only to proxies "for use by the managing agent or resident manager" and expands it to cover all proxy solicitation by specified parties.

Maintains the existing exception allowing managing agents and resident managers to cast proxy votes solely for the purpose of establishing a quorum at association meetings.

Effective January 1, 2050.
