Requires licensees to submit proof of continuing education compliance when applying for license renewal, with failure to comply preventing renewal.

Authorizes the board to conduct random audits of licensees to verify compliance, with audited licensees required to provide documentation within 60 days of notification.

Directs the board to adopt rules establishing requirements and standards for continuing education programs to obtain board recognition and approval.
