Temporarily halts nonjudicial foreclosures by condominium associations until June 30, 2023, in response to economic hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prohibits associations from recording notices of default, publishing notices of public sale, exercising power of sale, or initiating nonjudicial foreclosure processes during the moratorium period.

Does not relieve unit owners of their obligation to pay common expense assessments or prevent associations from collecting such assessments.

Takes effect upon approval and automatically repeals on June 30, 2023.
