Removes the requirement that condominium boards publish notice in newspapers before disposing of abandoned personalty when the owner's identity or address is unknown.

Permits boards to immediately sell, store, donate, or dispose of abandoned personalty in common elements when the owner is unknown, rather than requiring prior publication.

Requires boards to provide written notice via certified mail at least 60 days before disposing of personalty when the owner's identity and address are known.

Directs proceeds from sales of personalty where owner is known to be held for 30 days, with unclaimed amounts becoming association property; proceeds from disposals when owner is unknown immediately become association property.

Takes effect January 1, 2050.
