Requires accredited and non-accredited for-profit post-secondary educational institutions authorized to award degrees in Hawaii to disclose their for-profit status on official websites, promotional digital and print media, and contracts for instruction.

Disclosure must state "(Name of Institution) IS A FOR-PROFIT BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF HAWAII" in type size as large or larger than other text (excluding institution name) and presented to draw reader attention.

Allows abbreviated disclosure "(Name) A FOR-PROFIT BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF HAWAII" for advertisements in periodicals published by unaffiliated third parties.

Amends Chapter 446E to require unaccredited for-profit institutions to also disclose their for-profit status using the same standards as accredited for-profit institutions.

Takes effect July 1, 2060.
