Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 286-106 to modify driver's license expiration periods based on age.

Extends the renewal period from 2 years to 4 years for licensees who are 72 years of age or older but younger than 80 years of age.

Maintains the 8-year expiration period for most adult drivers and the 4-year period for drivers 24 years of age or younger.

Changes the 2-year renewal requirement for drivers 80 years of age or older (previously 72 years or older).

Effective date: July 1, 2021.
