Requires sellers to disclose whether residential property lies within the sea level rise exposure area as designated by the Hawaii climate change mitigation and adaptation commission or its successor.

Adds sea level rise exposure area as a fifth mandatory disclosure requirement under Chapter 508D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, alongside existing disclosures for flood hazard areas, airport noise zones, military airport zones, and tsunami inundation areas.

Updates references to flood insurance maps from "Flood Insurance Administration maps" to "flood maps promulgated by the National Flood Insurance Program of the Federal Emergency Management Agency."

Requires counties to provide maps detailing the five designated areas by tax map key number (zone, section, parcel) and allows reasonable copying fees for legible copies.

Takes effect January 1, 2050.
