Creates a new felony offense in Hawaii's penal code for importing, selling, or possessing a childlike sex doll, defined as a doll, mannequin, or robot intended for sexual stimulation that has features resembling a person under 18 years old.

Importation, sale, or possession of 5 or fewer childlike sex dolls constitutes a class C felony.

Importation, sale, or possession of more than 5 childlike sex dolls constitutes a class B felony.

Legislature finds that childlike sex dolls enable exploitation and objectification of children, correlate with other child offenses, and may reinforce pedophilic thoughts.

Takes effect January 1, 2050.
